1. The service

Nexodyne LLC ("we") provides an online cognitive self-assessment ("the Test") and a paid report. The Test is for entertainment and self-assessment only. It is not a clinically validated IQ measurement and must not be used for any medical, educational, employment, or diagnostic decision.

2. Pricing & subscription

Unlocking your report costs $1.00 today. This also starts an IQ Membership at $30.00 per month, which renews automatically every month until you cancel. The recurring charge is disclosed before you pay and again on Stripe's checkout page.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from the report page ("Manage subscription"), which opens the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation stops future charges; see our Refund Policy for refunds.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details. You agree to Stripe's terms in addition to these.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse, scrape, resell, or attempt to reverse-engineer the Test.

6. Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexodyne LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
