Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancel anytime

You can cancel your IQ Membership at any moment from the report page ("Manage subscription"), which opens the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancelling stops all future $30.00/month charges immediately.

Refunds

• The initial $1.00 unlock fee is non-refundable once your report has been generated and shown.
• If you were charged a $30.00 renewal you did not intend, email us within 14 days at support@iqevaluation.ccand we will refund it — no questions asked.
